Working description

1.    normal work

In the regular filtering stage, the fluid enters from the in-section, runs through the filtering element where it sets down impurities and is discharged from the exit section in order to be sent for usage. At this stage the discharge valve is closed 

2.    deposits discharge

           At this stage the discharge valve opens and

           debris get out of filter.

3.    counterwash

Counterwash stage begins when the discharge valve opens. At this stage the fluid runs through the filtering cartridge in the opposite way (external/internal = counterwash) of regular working (internal/external) in order to remove any internal area impurities

4.    re-wash final stage

After few second of the counterwash stage, both discharge valve and filter start to work again at full performance. The whole stage works for less than one minute and ensures a continuous usage flow.

Assembling

The filter can be assembled in any position (vertical, horizontal or inclined)

Control board

Filtering stages are automatic, controlled by a PLC.

The control board is electric powered 220V or 380V and compressed air powered max 7 bar.
